As Rajiv Sabharwal pointed out, ICICI has grown to be India’s largest private sector bank, and the market leader in retail banking, through innovative programs that use analytics. The bank’s goal is to make every
customer more profitable, and they use analytics at every stage within the life cycle of a product.
