Ian Turvill, the host of Decisions, interviews Donald Light, a Senior Analyst at Celent Communications.  Donald focuses his research at Celent on the insurance industry, and particularly on the claims function. 

In the interview, Donald explains how predictive analytics in insurance is taking on even greater prominence than before.  He also comments on some of Fair Isaac's most recent EDM-related initiatives for insurance, such as the introduction of new industry-standard scores for assessing property risk, and on the "Dial It Up!" workshop, a tool insurers can use to build a roadmap for greater precision, consistency, and agility in underwriting.
