This is the fourth in a series of "preview" podcasts for InterACT Lisbon.

It features an interview by Ian Turvill, the host of Decisions, with Raffi Kassarjian, who is Vice President and Leader of Fair Isaac's Business Consulting Group. Raffi is presenting "The 21st Century Banking and the Fair Isaac Product Roadmap" together with Dr. Andy Jennings, who leads the development of Fair Isaac's EDM Applications, including industry standard products such as the TRIAD adaptive control system.

In this session, Raffi and Andy will explore how banks can share and deepen customer insight, and how Fair Isaac's evolving products for financial services will improve banks' ability to build their institutions around the customer.
