Data quality- don't forget EDM when you fix it

Interesting Data Quality Survey from Business Objects talking about how often professionals find that they don't have the data they need or have quality problems with it. I don't have much to add except to say that thinking about operational uses of your data is key when you fix these problems. Fixing the problem to make the reports work is great. Fixing it so you can derive great models from it to improve your operational systems is even better.
